What’s... the deal... with that?

Have you guys seen this? Have you noticed this?

Typical parrots be like:

“Orange Man is dividing us!!!”

but then they be like

“Diversity is our strength!!!!!”

Theyre identical concepts. The words themselves even have the same root. :lol

It’s Orwellian Doublespeak in a nutshell. Giving the same concept opposite meaning/value, depending on which one suits an agenda best at a given moment. And the typical parrot (bladefd, TheMan, maxfly, millertime, etc) doesnt even realize what he’s doing, or think about what the ACTUAL goals and meanings of their slogans are. But they shout them angrily, and with CONCRETE BELIEF they are saying something righteous and meaningful and revolutionary, that required a super sophisticated and progressive mental outlook to comprehend :oldlol:

They simply observe their peers affiliating with a set of ideals, so they also join in, and pretty soon theyre all repeating things that dont even make sense.

What’s UP with that!?

Diversity is not our strength.

Unity is our strength.

But wouldn't an ultimate uniformed unity with no diversity be kinda communistic?

Not the same thing. There's 4 different variables that you're trying to blurr into one. The first two variables are the words division and division which has two separate uses. The first use of division is a reference to a sector within a whole such as"Joe shmoe works in this division". The second use of devision is the adjective division such as " there's so much division in this country." The third variable is the word "divisive" which is the act of causing disagreement and hostility between people. The fourth variable is "diversity" which is an adjective to describe variety between people or subjects.

What you're trying to correlate is "division" a reference to a sector within a whole to diversity, which is someways correct, but you also blurr that form of division with the adjective division because it's the same word. And then on top of that you blurr division with the act of divisiveness, which in itself is incorrect.

The point that OP creates is just another example of semantics from immature minds that I consider divisive as it causes misunderstandings and disagreements. If someone made a post saying cows are horses because yhey both have four legs and a tail, that would cause arguement too especially those passionate about horses. That's why semantics like this that comes from conservatives are the source of division that is not of diversity.

I hope OP strives to be more intelligent and not become susceptible to elementary ways of theory
