In the regular season, I don’t think I’ve seen a player of his caliber that’s worse. He’s had SO many instances of missing big FT’s. To his credit, he hasn’t had any notable instances of missing key FT’s in the playoffs

Yes. That's why he's always your inbounder on the final play if your team is already ahead. The man literally runs away from taking free throws in the clutch because of how much doubt he has in himself at the line.

It’s his crutch and it’s why he defers in the last seconds.

No one can stop him from scoring or getting to the line. If he could consistently hit FTs the GOAT conversation would be juicier.

But he can’t and it’s not.

Yes. It happened again tonight against the Pacers. LeBron missed not one, but two consecutive free throws late in the 4th quarter with the Lakers trailing by a few points. They ended up losing the game by single digits. What a choke.
