Jordan yelled (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBZH4nICAE4&t=24m36s) to Peter Vecsey courtside while on the learning curve of Tex Winter's triangle offense.
This was after exchanges with Phil Jackson where he sneered (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBZH4nICAE4&t=24m26s) at Phil and asked whether he was going to run that "equal-opportunity" crap
But all this was just the standard growing pains of developing a championship team - i.e. learning what the best brand of ball is and how to execute it, while adjusting and developing chemistry with teammates was all part of building a champion.
Otoh, Lebron started the trend towards talent-based winning, aka team-hopping for instant favorite status, rather than building teamwork and team ability over several years..
The latter (building a team) requires superior basketball ability, i.e. adjusting to teammates, learning/executing the best brand and teamwork... while the former (team-hopping) just requires throwing a bunch of guys out there to play pickup brand of ball or basic 1 ball-dominator/4-shooter brand and win off sheer talent.. that doesn't require as much basketball skill, and is therefore inferior, and confirmed by winning far less, aka 3/9

JR Smith has to be thrilled to get away from the New York Knicks with the way they have been playing this season — no matter how much pressure comes along with playing alongside LeBron James. Smith, like many of his former teammates, clearly was not a great fit with Phil Jackson’s triangle offense.
Considering the Knicks have lost 14 straight games and 24 of their last 25, it’s safe to say Jackson’s offense is failing miserably. Earlier this week, Smith shed some light on that.
“It’s almost too much thinking,” he told the New York Post when asked about the triangle offense. “Everybody in the building was pretty much walking on eggshells so it was kind of hard to prosper in that way, especially when you are not accustomed to it. But eventually I’m sure they’ll get it right.”

One of the ways Phil Jackson was supposed to rescue the New York Knicks was through the use of his acclaimed triangle offense. The team’s performance proves that it has not worked out just yet.
Kobe Bryant must have a hard time understanding why.
While speaking at his basketball camp recently, Kobe was asked how long it took him to learn the triangle offense when he played for Jackson.
“About 2 days,” he said, via KobeTeam.com. “I studied the triangle offense for years before. Watching the Bulls play. It was very familiar to me. The concept was something that I grasped very quickly. A couple of days.”
I guess not everyone's Jordan or Kobe.

I'm starting to think 3ball might be that Duncan21formvp account that randomly shows up when the MJ stans are on the ropes.

So you face the reality - Lebron ran away from the growing pains of developing a championship team
Instead, he started the trend towards talent-based winning, aka team-hopping for instant favorite status, rather than building teamwork and team ability over several years..
