Mosquitos, Ticks, Fleas, Bed Bugs

What purpose do these pests serve in nature other than food for spiders and birds


They have no benefits except spread disease

Now stink bugs are taking over continental America after not even existing here 20 years ago, they have no natural predator and somehow get in everywhere, invasive af. Thanks China

I suppose they serve nature by killing the weak. Without parasites and disease animals in nature would probably get weaker over time like humans have been since we started being able to save people who never would have lived long enough to add to the gene pool in the past.

And mosquitos definitely do more than just annoy, daily mortality rate of humans by mosquito is 1,500 deaths on avg. See Africa, Malaria, etc.
