Yeah it's basically the All-Stars and then rookie Stacey in salary. Certainly his draft value was high since he and college teammate Mookie Blaylock barnstormed the nation at Oklahoma in '88. I mean he was one of the best centers available that year. But wow.

Armstrong played for a great Iowa team in the first year the Big Ten was really "big" with national coverage, and had a jay and could stop and pop the three. That worked out well in the Bulls triangle offensive scheme as the off guard to compliment MJ.
