Probably one of the "healthier" fast foods.

If you consume a lot of protein, and go the fast food route get their pollo bowl. The chicken a la carte is good too.

Overpiced for that you get, two piece combo for $7? F that. Haven't seen promos either. I can get an eight piece mixed, fried or bake, for the same price at my local grocery.
