Supporting cast is too ass for them to not have to exert 100% every single game.

Randle is gonna last the season and two more years after this season on top of that
Must suck being a Knicks fan when your only pleasure is slurping LeBron who isn't even a Knick.

no chance. Bran is one of the most durable players ever. He will be healthy all year and an iron man
Davis has played 70+ the last few years. He was healthy last year but due to the team trade situations they shut him down
both are far than capable of carrying the load and remaining durable and completely healthy

Uhhh because they're old and fringe rotation players at this point?
Lakers are the most top-heavy team in the league. It's 2 superstars and a bunch of mediocre role players. Who's their 3rd best player? Basically whoever steps up that night. Thus, if either LeBron or AD goes down, they can look very ordinary. But as long as the 2 are healthy, they are a top 3 team in the league and a strong title contender.

if Rondo and Howard were on the floor at the same time, I bet you they'd win most of the games in the West:coleman:

Bran's groin (vag) will get loose as soon as they go on a 6 game losing streak.

Why is that funny? What comedic value did that "fix" bring?

And what the hell was the joke? A 6 game losing streak wouldn't even be close to historic

They’re not primed to flourish without their two superstars because not only is the rest of the team undermanned with shot-creators; their chemistry is underdeveloped, since they rarely practice together—the last time several weeks ago, according to Frank Vogel.
The team is beatably top-heavy, which doesn’t bode any better when their duo is injury-prone (LeBron particularly in his dotage). Even with just one of them on the sidelines, they’ve looked middle-of-the-pack at best, and I wouldn’t expect any countertrend while their schedule is toughening up and load management looks increasingly necessary.
Thankfully, they can coast on talent offensively while they have two synergistic top-ten players, and I’d like their title-contention chances no less than anyone else’s while they’re fully healthy for that reason. But when accounting for that unlikelihood? I’d peg the Clippers and Bucks over them for now.
