Butler is good for Miami where they have a culture of very hard practicing and weight/body-fat monitoring.

On other teams, he can definitely be bad for team chemistry. Outside of that though, very good player and an underrated playmaker.

Brown at age 23 is well ahead of Butler at the same age. Also, Brown's ceiling for improvement is still enormous.
