Obviously you would be a fan of all your teams good players if you were a team fan more than an individual player fan....but I mean other teams. And im not just asking what your favorite team was. A lot of peoples favorite team to watch may be because they have 1-2 guys or play a certian way. Im asking about depth.

What team in history had the most players you could root for?

I ask because a friend and I were talking favorite centers to watch and we both agreed on only 3...

Shaq, Hakeem, and Sabonis.

Everyone loved Portland Sabonis I assume.

But looking at the rest of their rosters?

The General Jailblazers era?

From 99 to 03 you get some combo of...

Sabonis
Rasheed
Steve Smith
Brian Grant
Dale Davis
Bonzi Wells
Pippen
Mighty Mouse
Walt Williams
Detlef
Greg Anthony
Rod Strickland
Stacey Augmon
Jermaine Oneal
Chris dudley
Derek Anderson
Ruben Patterson
Zach Randolph

Up to 10 of them at the same time.

I ****ed with 17 of those 18 players(I was never a big fan of Jermaine Oneal but I didnt really...oppose him).

A great many of them were past their primes...but its still unusual to have that many players I can get behind on one or two teams. 11 of them were on the 2000 team. Closest any team ever got to a roster I was a fan of top to bottom. Pippen, Sabonis, and Detlef all being over 35 sucked but....still.

If all members of any team could be in their primes at once that wouldnt be my all time favorite team....nor would it be the best ever(which might be another conversation worth having) but it would have the longest list of players id call compatible with my fanhood.

I dont imagine there has ever been another team 11 deep with players I individually a fan of. The 02 Kings had 7-8. The early 90s Blazers might have had 8 or 9. But nobody else gets into the double digits.

The Jailblazers despite losing with a gang of washed up players top my list.

Who tops yours?
