And he's doing it without a stacked team or another all-star.

This is unprecedented.

What all time great offensive team didn't have at least two all-stars?

Playing for a championship coach
Mentored by Dirk as a rookie
All star Porzingis dropped in his lap

Imagine if Lebron had that kind of privilege early in his career

All his success can be attributed to modeling his game/life after LeBron and he's admitted as much

Just another feather in LeGod's cap :confusedshrug:

His team is pretty loaded... All time great coach, great supporting cast, superstar 2nd option.

Let's roll back on that "Dirk mentorship". That shit didn't happened.

LUKA is the HEIR APPARENT TO LEBRON.. The kid is going to be one of the GREATEST PLAYERS OF ALL TIME.. He is lucky cuz he has a really good team around him at such a young age..

LUKA modeling his game after one of the GOATS in Lebron has paid dividends..

LUka is Larry Bird (part 2)

Might be one of the best steals in the draft as was Giannis.
Ironically Dallas has done it twice with Dirk (a draft swap w/Milwaukee) and
now Luka...

Prez is NOT a superstar 2nd option...

He is an injury prone all-star.

On what planet is KP a superstar?

I mean...I really like him and despite what a lot of clowns here say...he fits in very well around Luka and this team. Defensively he's been great.

But, he's never scored efficiently, struggles to handle the physicality of defensive rebounding, can't post unless it is a switch, and isn't quite moving as well as he used to.

He's not a superstar...he's never been a superstar...he's been a fringe all-star type player in the West at his best.

Luka spent hours and hours watching MJ, Kobe, and Lebron footage. He's learned from their mistakes (especially lebron's and how to not wind up with a career that entails a losing finals record with 6+ losses)

By watching lebron and knowing what NOT to do with your career, it puts him well ahead of the game.
