Two Words.
Referees and the other word Luck.

Wanted to throw a third word fluke as well, but dont want to dig deep into that

Just check foul he got today from Tolliver.

Lebron destroying two decades of competition.

Still being compared to peak Kawhi and prime Giannis in year 17. Crazy when a more suitable rival is Durant. But LeGoat gonna GOAT. This train don't stop.

THE Crazy thing is this is an older much slower Lebron we are watching. He isn't close to being what he was as a youngster. He is still playing at a high level but his gas tank is usually close to empty by mid third quarter right now. He should do some load management because he will burn himself out if doesnt

what's more impressive

1) old lebron has the 1 seed with a teammate leading every category

2) old MJ has the 1 seed after 35 games without Pippen in 1998

Lebron has always been a top 4 seed anytime he's made the playoffs

he always needed good teams/high seeds to make playoffs and failed to carry lottery casts to the playoffs in 04', 05', and 19' (teams that were lottery the prior year), and therefore has never carried a bad team

he missed the playoffs with the East all-star center in 2005, and needed to add a 20-point all-defender and the future COY to make it in 2006.... he's always had a good team when he made the playoffs, and couldn't make it with bad teams

For someone that's a team hopper and been on that many stacked teams during his finals trips, how come he lost 6 out of 9 times? Why wasn't it a problem for MJ to never lose in the finals? :confusedshrug:

Lakers were Lottery for 7 years before LeBron came to town, so he's carrying a PERENNIAL lottery team/franchise to 4th and 1st seeds respectively when healthy.

Good point

It simply cannot be constrained.

Not thru shorts, not thru jeans, not thru board shorts, not thru slacks, not thru lederhosen, not thru... pink and green board shorts, not thru NOTHIN.

Imagine stanning a guy who's had his jersey burned numerous times by numerous NBA fans.

Meanwhile not a single incident of an MJ jersey ever being burned. :oldlol:
