I think less people are "up in arms" because the shooting didn't escalate, if they're even less "up in arms" to begin with which I personally don't see. Had this person killed more than say, 5-6 people, it would thus be a greater tragedy, more shocking and thus more coverage. Regardless, I don't think it really matters how the shooter was stopped to most people, just that he was. That it matters seems a stretch as far as its relevance to how "outraged" people are. Sounds like some conspiracy theorist shit

hmm... it's more complicated than that. If CNN was left-wing it would be championing Bernie Sanders every day but they were pushing Biden until the debates. A sign that they are really corporate america-backed centrists, which makes sense as they do run ads. Fox news is conservative media which a lot of is funded by religious backers and then the nationalists are the rightest-of-wings. They do things much more covertly. Young Turks are liberal media yet I wouldn't necessarily call them far left, they are more like centrists that lean left.
