Not only does he need to make them, but he'll need to TAKE them aggressively too.

He's not going to be able to dominate a game attacking the basket 4 quarters at his age/mileage.

You can't beat elite teams like the Clippers or the Rockets with a good perimeter assault and the Lakers have NO ONE else who can control the offense, make plays, and score besides number 23.

The question is, will number 23 buy into this and accept the challenge?

in 1997, Jordan made over 700 jumpers - that's 250 more than Lebron's highest volume season at better eFG than Lebron's best season (it's also 250 more than Curry's highest volume season)

so its a fact that no one has the jumpshooting volume and efficiency of MJ .. and probably Kobe too - Kobe also made 700 jumpers at efficiency that would rank 4th best in Bron's career.

well, we have seen it in the 2 games against the clippers. They have to rely on a role player(danny green) to win games for them.
