He is actually one of my favorite players in the 1990's. He would get likely get suspended or get ban in the NBA just like Calvin Abueva. Yes, Rodman admitted he was a bisexual. No straight man is going to wear a dress like that.

I dislike Lebron alot, MJ is the goat.. But if lebron was playing vs boys, MJ was playing vs girls. His competition at the sg position was pretty bad, you had better pg's, sf's, pf's and C's in the 90's. But credit to MJ for doing what he was supposed to do, can't take that away from him.

Bron shouldn’t feel bad getting clamped down by coach Williams.

He clamped down Westbrick, Demarr and most of the others he matched up with during practice.

Not surprised Melo and Durant did the best against him, 2 players that are versatile scorers with great footwork and post game.

He gave us a small glimpse of what NBA defenders were like back then.

A few lessons: physical play matters.

It may not stop everyone all the time, but it takes you off your timing, your rhythm, forces you out of comfort zone and often makes you work harder for a shot.

YES even when the defender is smaller.
Being a bigger or more athletic offensive player doesn’t guarantee you’ll automatically score or blow by your defender if the defense is physical. Westbrook and Bron under current rules are unguardable by today’s rules. Yet play with some physical play and well.... their performance drops.

Monty is smaller, fat less athletic than they are. They’re in their prime and he’s past his. Yet the clamps were put on.

Dumars, Starks, Cooper, Mad Max and others would do some work on any of today’s players during their primes under past rules.

Once again, either you idiots refuse or simply can't understand.

You can cherry pick as many images as you want. Those players were allowed to play defense and challenge MJ more than any of the players you claim are superior in today's era.

I just posted videos of a smaller, slower, less athletic defender give some of today's best players trouble and put the clamp down on others.

We've seen some of today's best players get clamped down by shorter less athletic players and this without a defender allowed to play defense like in the past.

Hornacek and Ehlo were allowed to play better defense and challenged their opponent more than today's defenders.

Monty don't know $hit about basketball. His 1990's coaching philosophy aren't working in the current NBA. Suns needs to fire him.

Basketball fans and people that actually played know and understand what it takes to score.

It isn't a mistake that Bron, Westbrook, Derozan struggled vs Monty and the physical play. They were clearly uncomfortable and couldn't get a good shot off with any consistency. They were off balance, they rushed, they couldn't handle the physical pressure.

Melo, Durant and PG didn't struggle as much as they did, because they have a legitimate post game and footwork. And yet even then, they still had a bit of a challenge posting up the shorter, older, less athletic Monty. They couldn't get their shot off as easily as they could in today's era.

So when people say "Bron is too big too strong, he'd punish people!!!" they don't understand and don't know.

When people say "Starks is a janitor!!" they truly don't understand the game. People today think Bron stopper 6'1 Pat Bev is special, yet he was a dime a dozen back then. People think Iggy in his defensive prime was special, but almost every team had at least 2 players as good defensively.

If people saw MJ torch Monty they'd say "he's a Plumber!!!" "he's a nobody" yet that nobody plumber locked down prime Bron.
