2020 Eastern Conference 2nd round

The East has 5 teams that are all looking strong for the 4 available spots in the ECSF-

Bucks
Raps
Celtics
Heat
Sixers

I don't know how overblown the Sixers current situation is, however, it is evident they do have some real internal struggles. As much as I don't want to go with the grain, from the 5 teams above I see the Sixers being eliminated.

The Raps will sweep some team like the Brooklyn Wets in the first round and comfortably take one of the spots.

Simmons is playing well. Box score and advanced stats look good too. Don't trust his jumper though. In the playoffs it may be a repeat of last year, except now Jimmy isn't there to bail em out.

I could be wrong, and Philly could just as well make the finals. I'm going by what history says though...the eye test too.

I think that's reasonable. You never really know with the Sixers because of their inability to shoot. Maybe their defense keeps them in it who knows.

I think the young guys from the Heat will struggle in the second round no matter who they face, don't see them as a legit conference finalist. The Raptors are a legitimate finals threat off of know how alone and overall talent and depth.

Milwaukee should be the favorite though but if you grind them down to a half-court you might see some of the same problems as last year. Guys will nee to step up.
