One of Sir Charles best playoffs games as he takes over in the 4th to hold off the Admiral and the Spurs.

19 points and 6 rebounds in the 4th quarter! Sir Charles before injuries was something else!

So what? Charles was one of the few goat players that had pretty much most of his shots contested. He played inside in the level of Shaq in his prime while giving 5-6 inches in the painted area most nights. He was the most onstoppable and efficient forward scorer inside the 3-pointline while having more double teams and defensive rotations on him for years...

Barkley was a great passer, but he had some incredible angles as well. The video really highlights his angles. I don't think there was ever a basketball player with better technique of angles than Sir Charles:rockon:

Threads like this help remind me that it's worth taking a few days a month to revisit bball history.

Would be cool to make a list of the best players of all time and one by one skim-read their bios again and watch some of whatever footage actually exists, etc.

(Obviously I'm talking more about VERY older players. As for THIS TOPIC, with Barkley and D-Rob it's pretty easy since they weren't that long ago, of course.)
