They were in different conferences in 2009.

LeBron did not duck Kobe. Quite the opposite. Lol. :lol

By averaging 40 per game and hitting buzzer beating 3's? I don't think so

2010 would have more plausibility, LeBron literally had one of the greatest series of his career in '09

Why are Bran stans ducking the question....

Bran threw away that series against the Magic...

Why he ducked?

As for 2010, he quit.

lebron's jumper rarely gets hot and requires getting the ball out his hands (double team)

Accordingly, Stan Van Gundy said they "let him dribble and get stats" rather than face ball movement and open teammates from double-teaming, while Lebron's long dribble style further encouraged the defense to rest and stay at home (rather than employ more complicated strategy required vs. off-ball sets).

so if lebron had a "blow the game open" jumper" or employed more sophisticated off-ball sets, then lebron-ball would require more double-teams, adjustments and strategy that would wear down defenses/win the attrition battle more (aka win more rings)

but unfortunately, the weak-shooting and long dribbles of lebron-ball doesn't apply more pressure than it faces against championship-level teams, so opponents are always fresher to go off than Lebron's teams (see the 14' Finals or 09' ECF).. lebron-ball simply loses the attrition battle at the championship level

I don't think anyone wanted to duck Bran in 2011... :oldlol: :oldlol: .. more like a fierce fight to who gets the honors.... Dirk won them.
