There's something mesmerizing about it. At first I just thought he was a weirdo bothering people. But there's something about the reactions. How quickly some people jump to anger. The homeless ones are sad though.

The guy has some balls though. Filming what looked like a break-and-enter in progress. The Asian gamblers have the best reactions, IMO.

It's both true that he's being an asshole and it's also true that it's hard to pin down exactly why.

The only thing I would say for sure is that it's such abnormal behavior, as innocent as it may be at its core, that it would worry me that something else abnormal and potentially dangerous was to follow.

That's a faulty argument because those cameras aren't making you the direct subject of the video and they typically don't have audio. It's not the same.
