I say most of them can still dunk, except for guys over 70 and Spud Webb.

Not like they did when they were younger, but it's really a height thing. Specially for the centers. Not only taller, but longer arms. I went to a Nets game, and I seem to remember Vince Carter untangling the net during a dead ball, not having to jump or strain. That's a long reach.
