Says Tristan Thompson. I thought y’all said Lebron had a strict diet? He eats desserts and sweets every chance, according to Tristan.
I thought he was a physical specimen.
Eating all that bad shit yet still the GOAT. :wtf: remarkable.

And yet he is arguably the greatest physical specimen the NBA has ever seen.
I'll trust the evidence vs. Thompson.

Eating clean when you burn as many calories as LeBron James makes little sense. As long as he gets his nutrition in him, meaning protein, healthy fats and vitamins he can eat whatever he wants. It's like Michael Phelps who eats 12.000 calories a day. If you do that, you cant eat strictly.

I'm sure Vin Baker's diet was far worse

No because he could still play defense if he didn’t eat a bad diet. He doesn’t take his training seriously enough and the calories are making him big like Zion.

But Lebron isn’t playing hard on defense 48 minutes. You cannot compare him to someone that works out at a super intensity for 4 hours.
Playing ball burns some calories, not enough to be throwing down pancake after pancake.

Bad diet for people with personal chefs are different. I've eaten burgers and fries made by a chef. The buns are from low calorie, gluten free home made buns. The meat is from a good part, grounded by hand. There are fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The fries are freshly cut. All cooked with olive oil. After the meal, the feeling is so much different than if I've eaten burger and fries from Mcdonalds.
Focus bronstans, why is he always lying or frontrunning in the first place. Getting out of hand.

Eating carbs when you're a pro athlete who works out all day isn't bad. His metabolic rate is probably off the charts. He probably needs those calories just to maintain all that muscle.

Dude has a shredded, strong core so if he eats bad, as mentioned, dunking on DEN the other night at 35 years old is pretty crazy.
This reminds me of my boy Ovechkin in the NHL. Dude eats a shitload Chicken Parm and garlic bread everyday for lunch and he's the greatest goal scorer of all-time still basically in his prime at 34, much like Lebron.
Some dudes are just engineered differently. It's impressive

This.
So he eats a lot of carbs for breakfast before working out and running like a madman...that's not a bad diet. A bad diet is eating shitty meats and fried food all day plus not drinking water, guarantee hes only getting the finest cuts and produce.

But a calorie is a calorie. McDonalds uses real meat too. Nothing magic about a chef making a burger.

According to data, an average NBA player can BURN upwards of 1500 calories over 30 minutes in a game. This includes shooting, dribbling, jumping, and passing. Insane shit. :biggums:

I thought I read that he ate salmon/chicken and veggies and pasta usually.
Tristan Thompson is exaggerating. There's been NBA Playahs feastin' on Mickey D's.

1,500 in 30 minutes? That doesn’t sound possible. From just doing several sprints to the basket and some passing and running down the court? Show the data.

No. Explain to me what he’s doing that burns so much? He’s just playing basketball like all the others.

The fact that he's 6'8 and 260 means that he requires around 3000 calories each day just to retain his body mass then to add to that he probably burns another 1000 in an NBA game and then all of the other work outs he does outside of games so in total he probably needs to eat around 3500-4000 calories a day so he can get away with all of those desserts without getting fat
