I understand they might play faster pace when he is on the court because he is offensively gifted... but they will NEVER win much with a big man that bad on defense.

Maybe you should check his stats and actually watch some highlights like the defensive highlights I already linked in this thread and see what he brings to the table.

His only main downsides, aside from the suspension and some minor injuries keeping him off the court, are his lack of 3 point shooting and often playing with a more finesse offensive play style against teams with tall frontcourts. That finesse play style works wonder against smaller teams but he's gotta lean how to go beast mode and bully big teams. I wish he would shoot some 3's so we could actually get a sample size on how capable he is. He's shown he can have a silky mid range jumper so I don't see why he can't shoot at least an acceptable percentage a few steps back.

But his defense has been pretty damn special this season. And he's a very efficient scoring big man. You're must be trolling if you sit here and make him out to be some huge scrub who does nothing but pop PEDs(which a lot of players do, lets be honest... they just know how to not get caught).
