A good matchup. Pelicans are 23-32, Blazers are 25-31. But both teams play better than those records suggest.

What's your take on this season's Pelicans or Blazers?

Has the traffic slowed down even more since the upgrade? Seems quiet around here..
I find it an effort to reply tbh.

I'd like to see the blazers make the 8 but unless they get some bigs back it ain't happening.. pelicans have the better lineup right now, deep team actually

I think between the Kobe news and the server change, and the colors here changing like 3 different times in one week, a bunch of people were kinda shellshocked, and will snap out of it any day now. People are here, like even RIGHT NOW, and there are over 600 unregistered guests reading the board this very minute too. I think starting next week I'll start plugging the board here using social media, drive some new people here too. But yeah I think it was kind of a very stressful January for the whole world.

Also, Friday's are always the quietest days of the week.

Anyway, tuned into this game.

Getting some new members would be nice.. good work jeff:cheers:

The only thing I'd change is the annoying mail icons on the front page next to every topic.. makes it look cluttered and hard to focus on..

Pelicans up 20-15. The Zion + Brandon Ingram combo continues to impress.

Just noticed the Blazers have the 4th LEAST effective defense in the league through yesterday's games.

CJ McCollum with five quick assists in first quarter so far. Carrying the load there with Lillard out.

Pelicans have nice teamwork. They actually help each other.

Haha, wow, a ref backed into a waitress who had something like 5-8 full drinks on a tray and they all crashed to the ground.

How was that a foul on Melo? Didn't even touch Jrue. This shit is becoming unwatchable

Whiteside fouling everybody.

He should (lightly) bump into the same waitress who spilled drinks earlier while she has like 10 drinks.

DISCLAIMER: VERY lightly. Not a real bump. Joking!

Zion is good for about a point per minute, on good FG%

Serious question: What’s the deal with Zion’s limp/waddle? I haven’t seen him prior to this season. Has he always walked around like that?

Not sure, but the Pelicans literally worked with him to change the way he walks a while back. Not kidding. Unsure what the effect was.

Funny how quickly Zion became the uncontested best player and leader on the Pelicans.

Love Melo or not, it's fun to see him and the Blazers try to fit together in all this

The Blazers can't guard anyone.

Season-long issue.
