thanks! yeah...i wouldn't fvck with drugs in china, taiwan or singapore. they will execute even small time smugglers and the stuff i have gotten is shitty anyways.

bourdain used to promote vietnam heavily said it was his favorite place and that they have the best street-food. definitely a place to check out some time.

yea i loved bourdain and try to hit up any of his recommended restaurants whenever i'm in a city that he has featured. if you ever go to vietnam lemme know. i can give you my list of restaurant recommendations and things to do. i go to asia a few times a year. i also have lists for singapore, thailand and tokyo if u need them

that would be amazing. never been but I have friends that go regularly and they've offered to take me and make an adventure of it. something like doing hong kong, singapore, mainland china and japan. Im gonna do it next year if I dont get sidetracked and I'll hit you up here for sure.

that's a great itinerary! have fun man. i might be back to vietnam this summer to check out my condo if the building is completed by then. then it's off to singapore, bali and the philipines. if you have a chance to spend NYE in asia i would recommend it. it's fun as hell.

me too, on my mom's side of the family. my uncle has resorts in hoi an and a few more up and down the coast. i just bought a beachfront condo in da nang so will be back more often.

thanks! i love shanghai, it has that blade runner/ghost in the shell feel to it. makes me feel like i got dropped into a cyber punk movie or futuristic anime. so does hong kong and singapore
