It’s fitting he is on the Celtics. Tatum has the footwork and midrange game plus All-NBA defense on the other end of the court. He is the most complete player we have seen to come from Kobe’s tutelage :bowdown:

true... he doesnt have kobe's agility dexterity or fluidity but his game is still great.

its sad well never see a basketball acrobat like kobe ever again. Everything nowadays is line drive. Even Jordan didnt have Kobe's versatility dunking the ball.

Offensively, don't think he will ever reach Kobe's level, but a 80% Kobe is still really good

He will never have the athletic moves Kobe did but I can see him being a more efficient scorer

He's playing smart, and it's working, but nothing about his game seems freakish. I don't know how many players who achieved top 5 status in the league I could say that about.
