I think at minimum he would have been a serviceable bench player. With more space to work in I feel he would be a nice spark off a bench

This isn't an actual answer, but interesting to note that Sebastian Telfair did wind up having a fairly full NBA career:

- Was in the league 2004-15
- Played 564 regular season games (193 starts)
- 7.4 ppg, 3.5 apg, 21.5 minutes per game, just 39% FG and 32% threes, though

He was mediocre then and would probably be mediocre now. I don't remember him being that good at anything.
