Barring Giannis missing significant time to end the season, I think he's got MVP locked up. LeBron is absolutely playing at an MVP level, but it'd be very difficult for him to win MVP with AD on his team. Go back and look at the history of MVP winners, when was the last an MVP had a teammate playing as well as AD has this year? He's gonna take votes away from LeBron, making it extremely difficult for him to overtake Giannis

TAKE A LOOK AT THE LAKERS pt differential with LEBRON off the floor and THAN TAKE A LOOK AT GIANNIS off the floor.. LEBRON IS THE MVP NO DOUBT ABOUT IT...

Totally unrealistic imo. Lakers winning the last 2 games have definitely made an impact on voting but not enough where to the point that LeBron can win MVP. LeBron have AD so his barred.
Giannis wins MVP without a DOUBT!

It just might happen. You know the media is looking for any chanceto snatch it from Giannis Attemptafreethrow. This is like Westbrook's MVP where the media just gave hom a task to complete and they would vote the crap out for him. This might've been Lebron's task

It might really happen. Yes Giannis should be ahead, but if this LeBron momentum will continue, just even for few more games. They are virtually tied in 6-7 games.

the Bucks are currently 5-0 without Giannis though. He is missing the next 2 games, and if Milwaukee wins those games without him, it will make it difficult to warrant saying Giannis is the MVP

It's so sad that the streak had to come to an end today. The bucks will not win 70 games, i think that is definite. However, i still hope they're not going to lose more than 15 games this season. Coach bud seems to screw up again after having a great record this march.
The same thing happened in the 2015 season when the hawks he coached back then led the league in terms of overall standings during february the same year but as the season neared its end, they gave away their closing games and ended up only in the second spot.
By the way, why the hell there's so many threads about lbj being hailed as mvp after winning those games?

There’s a guy who’s in a wheelchair who makes tons of LeBron topics on different accounts.

AD with B2B 30-point performances in big wins with the highest +/- (+20 for AD vs +15 for Lebron). I think he should be the one getting the MVP talks with him leading the Lakers in almost every stat and being the best player against the best teams.

Ok, and? Shaq said Kobe was the best in the world in 2001 during their unstoppable Playoff run, who cares?
