I believe the chance is there.

I believe it cause I watched the last 2 Laker games.

Bucks are pretenders, Clippers are vulnerable to bigs, Lakers match up favorably against Mavs.

Mavs must do everything to push to 6th and face Nuggets, who they can definitely beat. They can also beat Houston and basically everyone but Clips or Jazz.

So could the Grizzlies. The chance is there.

I think this is the first season in over a decade where the championship is as wide open as it is. Clearly the Bucks, Lakers and Clippers are the favorites, but anyone cane upset anyone. It's rather nice. There's no clear juggernaut.

All of a sudden you like LUKA THE DON.. KP is probably their most important player cuz his defense is really top tier . He has also become the scorer everyone knew he was. They have a chance but their best bet is to play the CLIPS in the first round and build their toughness against the best team . They will grow leaps and bounds and next year they will def be one of the teams to beat..

They have statistically, the best offense ever. Porzingis has only played 49/64 games, and Doncic 51/64. If they were healthier, they'd probably be nearer to the 2nd seed.

Best offense against best defense.

If they were healthier, they'd probably be nearer to the 2nd seed.Even though in principle this is being overstated....so few people truly recognize what an achievement this is (best offensive efficiency ever) for a team with so little playtime together, and how frighteningly good their ceiling can really be. So it can’t be said enough, until opposing defenses find a way to stop them.

Carlisle has assembled a team of winning minds first and foremost, from top to bottom, all intelligent players. And while their perimeter defense isn’t elite, their rotational is good and for long stretches their paint defense is elite. They can also play really big/long defensively making off ball scorers frustrated, while also having very good shooting on the floor at every position.

More time to gel together will yield championships, but this year will not be one under ANY circumstances.

The following teams can all beat Dallas in 7-game series consistently:

Both LA teams
Utah
Boston
Milwaukee

Houston fans might be surprised tho, if Dallas plays them in the post season.

Dallas paint defense can force some opponent lineups into stretches of smartly forced-floater/offhand-contorted-layup low efficiency, while delivering incredibly high efficiency in more diverse ways on their own offensive end.

The Lakers have Lebron and the Clippers have Kawhi, so Imma say no.
