hes great as the underdog when he was minimal talent that he can make exceed expectations but this is why he isnt a championship level coach like Nurse or Spo

He's fine. He's not perfect, but I'd take him over any other coach in the NBA not named Pop.

We've been on a skid with guys dealing with an injury. We'll be fine. Last season was an outlier.
