Consensus among owners on Board of Governors call with league office was either continue season with no fans in arenas -- or have NBA take a hiatus for a period time. NBA is expected to have a decision as soon as Thursday on next steps.

They should continue with no crowd. They'll at least get that TV revenue. Then wait until the govt forces them to go on hiatus, if at all.


It will be interesting to see how they handle the financial hit of no gate revenue. Going by the CBA, the owners might have to take the hit as opposed to the players but these are extenuating circumstances so maybe things get lawyery.
