You cannot pump anything into the stock market in the way you talk about it. Stocks going up or down is a reaction to what happens with the individual companies and in society in general, because the stocks are either bought or sold.

You can call it a bail out for small and medium sized companies, but it's a measure taken during the time of a medical crisis in society, because people losing their jobs = people dying(40K per 1% as per the Big Short). It's a good thing, a positive thing and they're doing similar in other countries.

But yes, go support someone who wants more war, someone who promotes getting everything made on the other side of the planet so they can be sailed into the US on huge container ships(while at the same time pretends wanting to take care of the climate). Support the guy who is cool with so much stuff being made in China, that it's a real question if Corona virus has saved more lives in China than it cost, just because factories were shut down for an extended period of time.
