The NBA should just cancel this season, with next season being a short a season. Each team should start next year with the record they had before the postponement. With the NBA having its Finals around June 2021, which should decide which team is crowned the 2019-2021 NBA Champs.

Dana White hasn't given up, UFC fights are still on

Adam Silver should just let the lakers and clippers play a 7 game "exhibition" series.

Why risk spreading COVID-19?

LeThanos has earned the MVP and championship. He was just starting to activate play off mode, though not all the way yet, by demolishing Kawhi and Giannabolic.

The last time LeBron activated playoff mode, the Lakers proceeded to go 2-13 and fail to make the playoffs.

You saw what he did to Kawhi and Giannabolic. Tore them both a new ass hole. That was just the beginning. Last year LeThanos had to deal with a groin injury most of the year.

I saw them play to a draw.

Whereas in the 3 games Leonard and Giannis beat LeBron, they tore him a new vag1na. Probably would explain those groin injuries you always whine about.

I'm not sure what there would be to evaluate in 30 days. I can't imagine anything going on at that time that's going to point to 'yeah I think we can resume now'.

Yeah NBA should just wrap it up and get it back together for next season. Season should've ended on Jan 26 imho

It's been a shit show ever since. The NBA will never be the same again.

And having it go until August?

Then starting next season in October? Barely any time whatsoever.

If anything, they'd probably delay the start of next season till like December and reduce the number of games next year to get things back on track. Make no mistake this situation will likely impact two seasons of NBA games.

What if one of the players on either team is already infected? It takes a several days between the time a person is infected with the virus and the time that they will actually test positive. That's why the CDC recommends that people only be tested if they are actually showing symptoms.

Free agent contracts end in July. How are they going to play when a bunch of teams will have players that are no longer even under contract?

Pretty pathetic that your only objective is to have no one win the title because a certain player might.

How do you even call yourself a basketball fan

What are you anticipating to happen in the next month that's going to 180 this situation and get the players back on the court? I'm not dealing in 'IFs' with this situation, because we're in uncharted territory here.

LeBrick already has an asterisk from 2012 via lockout.. It's better we start clean and with thorough league wide testing in 2021 when we finally get a clear understanding of whatthehellisgoingon.

That's what he gets for trying to use Kobe's death to prop himself up.. Karma is a bitch.

the NBA already denied lebron 2-3 rings with the blatant rigging for the warriors I'm sure they wont deny him again.

I think we might get the long awaited raptors-lakers finals that real NBA fans have been asking for since the 90's...

In 2012, James played the same amount of regular season games (66) as Kobe did in 2000.

Guess that really makes his 2000 ring illegit.

Temporary contract extension if the league will somehow continue the season? 🤔🤓
