What are your predictions on how the season will play out?

If they decide to shorten the regular season would effect the Pelicans who were making a run at the 8th seed. But I think ending the finals before the end of August wouldn't allow for 82 games.

im just interested how bookies will handle it.

any bets on who wins a division should still be taken up on even with canceled games, but they might cancel them entirely if they see it wouldn't have brought profit.

They should just take the top 2 seeds from each conference and have a 7 game series then finals. 16 teams is going to drag out the playoffs too far imo. That's considering when they even are allowed to play basketball again.
