watching videos on youtube about Jesus parables, listening to new r&b songs, and just walked my dog.Went down a rabbit hole of news stories yesterday after visiting my grandmother(watched diners drive-ins and dives with her). They were actually pretty funny(the news stories).Roads are pretty empty out there compared to what i normally see

Pretty boring but eh no tips

That's also cool, just to share your activities. Because other people can provide tips on some of those same activities, as the thread grows.

Use urine to sterilize hands if you happen to run out of hand sanitizer.

And we laughed at him and mocked him and called him crazy. Look at us now. :(

Earnestly seek forgiveness.

There's a connection between widespread immorality and plagues, historically.

Only God can protect you from harm.

Well, since my gym closed down tonight, tomorrow I'm going to the park and go for a 40-45 min run. After that I'm going to a lake where they have a walking/hiking trail and walk for maybe an hour or so. Trying to be as physically active as I can, after that I'll probably just be browsing youtube and maybe watch a movie.

For the football junkies watch Any Given Sunday on Netflix, not a great movie, but it's probably my favorite football movie.

if you run out of toilet paper you can substitute it by wearing diapers

People in my town are not taking this seriously at all. Everyone is still out and about. We have 7 confirmed cases but there are hardly any test kits available and the criteria to get a text is so high that the true number of infected I'm sure is in the hundreds if not thousands. People are still crowding bars and restaurants. I've been busy as ever at the office with hardly any patients cancelling or rescheduling. I'm like people why do you think schools are closed? It's gonna hit us hard in the next couple of weeks. I'm hoping I can hang on till the end of the quarter when I was planning to take 2 weeks off anyway (was supposed to go to Germany and Austria but oh well.)

This is the doctor's wikipedia. It's updated as more information is discovered. As more people panic more bad information will be out there.

Patient education: https://www.uptodate.com/contents/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-the-basics

Clinical stuff for those inclined: https://www.uptodate.com/contents/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19?search=coronavirus&source=search_result&selectedTitle=1~56&usage_type=default&display_rank=1

Other important things, don't stay inside too much. Parks are safe. Hiking, runs, fishing. Nature. Just don't go sit at a park bench or use the public utilities.

Fresh air is important.

Ive successfully stocked up on whiskey and marijuana - the absolute essentials.

quick word of advice - dont waste energy stocking up on things that you can easily steal from your neighbors if shit hits the fan. you want the things that are HARDER to get - no need to stock up on things like water and toilet paper.

you know anyone who knows how distill whiskey at home?...

its very possible it already did hit us hard.

Ive seen a million ancedotes already of people being "flu sick" but all the tests came back negative.

80% of the people that have it are asymptomatic. What that tells me is its been around long enough, that a ton of people already have antibodies for it to the point it has no effect on them.

This is just a global hysteria.

Just use the showerhead to spray yourself clean. Get the majority of it with a few pieces of TP and the showerhead to powerwash that butthole clean.

i hope you're right, and i too believe a lot more people already have it. but then i read accounts of people under age 50 dying or in bad shape.
