Laws affect everyone and no one should be forced to use a certain language or express thoughts with which they disagree for fear of government retaliation. Many states like California, New York or Illinois have such laws and people have been fined or lost jobs as a result. As for me, one doesn't have to have been directly affected by it to have an opinion about it.
