Clippers owner Steve Ballmer will buy the LA Forum, will reportedly keep it active as a concert venue, and build a new NBA arena for the Clippers near it.

smart move building a new arena because they'd be overshadowed by old memories otherwise. they cant live up to the showtime lakers anytime soon.
