Handstand pushups, pistol squats, one armed pushups, use big water jugs for various exercises, plyometrics, any bar or ledge for pullups
Get creative, there are hundreds of exercises without a gym

Workplace has a surprisingly adequate gym that no one really uses. Dumbbells, barbell with a bench, a squat rack. Since no one is really going to work as much anymore, I’ll go use the gym at work and go during the off hours to make sure no one else is there.

home with weights and looking up additional workouts on youtube
gym equipment for chest and back workouts would be nice
luckily i have a pretty practical bench that kind of replaces my main back workout

Only fakkits use gyms anyways. Ive always done bodyweight exercise, for free. So no changes, except no pull-up bars at the park. Vigorous bike riding around the neighborhood, push ups and squat-style exercises.

So every pro athlete in almost every major sport is a fakkit? Because, you know, they use gyms.

Just walking long steep hills. You don’t need to prioritize weight lifting right now. The hills are building up my legs and lungs in the case I catch a virus.
Don’t do push-ups outside because you don’t know if someone else did them with their hands. Absolutely no pulls ups.

They get paid millions of dollars to stay in elite shape and dont have to pay gym membership. An average person paying gym membership, when you can stay in shape for free never made much sense to me. Huge muscles have zero utility if you're an average joe.

So they are millionaires with access to any type of training equipment and they still use free weights. Makes sense
If you think the gym is a place to build "big muscles" then you have no understanding of the gym

I'm not a avid gym rat by no means but was getting into a respectable routine at my local Planet Fitness the past few months before lockdown. i've now lost all my gains and started doing more cardio at the high school track nearby. +began with 3 laps at a time a few weeks ago and now up to 8 laps at a steady jog. 2 miles every other day, nothing crazy.
how about yourself?

still go to a gym, among with 8-9 other cats.
there's a personal coach in the area who has a 2-room gym, we are all in one whatsapp group and share the room throughout the day, always 1-2 at a time, changing shifts so to speak... i brought a friend into the cycle and now we go there every 2nd day.

I havent been able to do pullups in weeks, my back has become weaker. The park I used bars at has been closed indefinitely.
I've been on bike ride about 3 times a week, my own style of squats once a week and pushups once a week. i don't eat enough to work out harder than that.

try to walk as much as possible besides farm chores
I'm letting myself go to shit playing call of duty for the first time in 7-8 years, running that warzone with some bros.
Ive already smoked nearly two ounces since quarantine started a month ago - exercise is not happening. :oldlol:

Yoga and swiss ball for core exercises. And 30 min walks outside when it's decent weather.

Since the hot weather is here, there are gonna be days where I can't run outside. I found this workout out from home vid, it's no joke.

^I do this workout (20 min), take a 2 min rest. Then continue to do burpies, planks, jump rope, & mountain climbers for another 20-25 min. In the end it's a high intensity 40-45 min workout and my shirt is always trenched in sweat. I recommend it for all.

I bought some powerblock adjustable weights that go up to like 95lbs each. I like the ergonomics of it... they were pricey but saved me a lot of space.

sprints in the backyard .. carrying around 95 lb cement bags around the yard and squatting with them and using some dumbbells .. but I put up a squat rack in my garage and I'm hunting for the bar and weights .. I've heard late june is a realistic time frame .. I'm not depending on the gym again .. they can shut everything down next time I'll be ready .. almost 3 months of no real heavy weights ridiculous .. luckily I already have the foundation and muscle memory so I'll quickly pick up where I left off when I get back into it

I am walking 3+ times a week , 4+ miles a walk.
I am in rehab right now for my ruined back , so I have some simple stretchs I do at home.
I am minimizing my farm work chores.

my workouts consist of swinging kettle bells or swimming in a pool. seems to do the job of keeping me in decent shape while indulging in whatever i want to eat during this pandemic.

BUMP!
Gyms opened in my area earlier this month. There are all kinds of rules, but from what I've seen, they're not being enforced. Anyway, its nice having the gym back.
