The binary intellectual seperation of capitalism and socialism has run it's course as the finest societies use a combination of both. To argue which one is better is a moronic exercise as stupid as asking someone: "which is more important your brain or your heart"?

Chill the **** out, adopt reasonable policies that work for the area that it needs to cover and that's it.

It's really quite simple. Stop wasting your time. USA is a hybrid of Socialist and Capitalist policies.

NOW SHUT UP ABOUT IT :lol

Yep, we've always had Welfare, food stamps, medicare, socialist programs, etc etc

We actually have free healthcare NOW...you go into an ER, they have to treat you no matter what. Thats why Obama placed a penalty on those without insurance. Not fair for the rest of us.

Socialism in the US is like a dial... right now it's set at level 3, but we could turn ot up a notch to level 4 if we wanted to. Help close the wealth gap a bit.

People really need to learn that social programs aren't intrinsic to socialism despite both having the root "social" in it. :facepalm
