How does LeBron avoid getting called for stiff arms & other clear offensive fouls?

I mean we've seen this move every game yet it isn't called.. are the refs turning a blind eye? has the league adopted said rules? or least likely, is he using his intellect studying the ref patterns and dead zones/ angles (ala Kobe) to get away with fouls? What say you

Used to be ridiculous back in the day. Officials have done a better job calling it though.
