He averaged over 10 points per 4th quarter and put up great stats even while facing aggressive double teams and very physical defense. In 2016 he played a bit worse but it wasn’t due to nerves or choking. He had a major knee injury in the first round of the playoffs and came back in less than a month. He didn’t have the explosiveness and change of direction he usually has. He couldn’t break down Steve Adams off the dribble in the WCF and had trouble shaking Kevin Love in the Finals. This wasn’t nerves or choking, he was injured. He was great in both 2017 and 2018 Finals. The whole Curry gets scared in the Finals is a flat out false narrative.
