Kawhi is the only contemporary who can claim to have a case of having gotten the better of Curry. Mad respect for him for that. Still his résumé is lacking overall. The ones who want to prop him can try and make all sorts of illogical inconsistent arguments though and look stupid for doing so.

Curry's obviously ahead on all time lists right now. He's got better "totals" and better winning. Much stronger offensive and general team engine.

Kawhi, otoh, is better individually for a couple games. Better "peak" series performer because hes just so damn reliable. Also more well rounded.

Another ring or so, and he can catch Chef. The team hopping is lame, but he fits everywhere so thats a huge +. Clipps this year no doubt wouldve put him at a draw.

Funny how close this poll was before the Clippers collapse this postseason. Of course Curry ranks ahead of Kawhi on the all-time list, but Kawhi might have gotten votes he shouldn't have because up until a month ago, he really had no postseason failures, but every all-time great has their up and downs, Kawhi was due for a rude awakening.
