I don't remember any of the names other than Banshee, but gun to my head, Vice City might be my favorite game ever.

Vice City is overrated. Its my least favorite of the GTA games and the only one I never went back to once I finished it. Boring protagonist, boring map with no incentive to explore, dull story, forgettable villains. Also some frustratingly difficult missions, and the controls didn't help there.

If you didn't play it on PC, you didn't really play it. The GTA games play so much better on PC (especially everything before GTA 5) it's not even funny.

Well, modding the game can add some fun factor in playing them.

Sure, but I meant the controls are a hundred times better on console. Free aim mouse shooting is everything in vice city, and you can only target shoot on console if I remember correctly.

What do you mean? You can use the controller in playing the game using a pc. I think there's a program for that.

There was a typo. I meant the mouse and keyboard is way superior to the controller for these games. One console you can only shoot people by targeting them, on pc you can free aim with the mouse.

Yeah but the controller is way more comfortable for the hands. Anyway, i think it's a subjective matter and one could prefer the kb, mouse over the controller or the other way around.
