Which player would you rather have on your roster, without me putting names to the stats?

It's easy to guess who they are, it's not some big mystery... they played the same position, I just find it hilarious, honestly.

Player 1... 1178 career regular season games played...

16.1 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 5.2 apg, 2.0 spg, 0.8 bpg

Player 2... 1114 career regular season games played...

23.6 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.9 apg, 1.0 spg, 0.5 bpg

I guessing that Player 1 is Pippen.

Player 2 obviously. Based on the stats he looks like a 1st option to me. He scores more.

From the info presented, Player 2 I guess

Lol.

Y'all want Melo over Scottie?

Actually I changed my mind. Scottie Pippen all the way.

Definitely not

But from the few stats presented, Player 2 has the better line

Great post showing how dumb it is to look just at stats, especially for players who do more than score (unlike Carmelo).

Is there someone here who's going to blurt out that one player played in a diluted era when it came to talent, therefore he had 'mediocre' stats compared to the other one?

Jordan fans always used to brag about their favorite player averaging 30ppg back in the day. Most of the Jordan fans I knew were not cool people btw.
