Why no gay NBA couple yet?

Based on statistics, there should be around 15-20 gay NBA players.

Why aren't they hooking up? Since they are now accepted and can marry each other.

A team should seek out these individuals and make the first gay NBA team.

Who says they aren't behind closed doors? John Anaechi was IIRC the first admitted gay player and he didn't come out till he was finished playing. I doubt current players want to deal with the attention that would bring.

It’s honestly about Lebron IMO.

What if an openly gay player got traded to his team? It would be super awkward to have Lebron walking around the locker room with his big beautiful package swinging freely between his knees, and some gaylord is there trying to act like he’s looking at something behind Lebron, like a chalkboard or some shit, when actually he’s just continuously peeping that gorgeous woolly mammoth trunk Lebron uses like a third leg. AWKWARD.

It would undoubtedly make Lebron uncomfortable, and it would translate to diminished performance on the court. His passes would be off beat. His shots would rim out. Itd be like in the movies where a star player loses his mojo.

Teams know this and players know this. It’s better for everyone if the sisters just stay low key. Theres too much at stake. The entire league depends on Lebron for its popularity. Screwin around with his mojo aint the way to go.
