He thinks if vaccines permit more young 3rd world children to survive (improve infant mortality numbers in 3rd world nations), that the populations of 3rd world nations will feel the need to produce less children. The rationale being that less “unproductive” citizens on earth, will be good to conserve earth’s resources for a longer period of time for future generations of “productive” populations.

Which may even occur in 3rd world countries if they begin to follow the K reproductive model, instead of the R reproductive model. Investing much more time and resources into fewer children, increases the chance that these children will grow up to be productive citizens who contribute to mankind’s evolution, and not “useless eaters” as Henry Kissinger called populations of developing nations, and dependent/needy underclasses in developed nations.

Gates doesn’t just merely want to genocide them for racial/evil reasons as many suspect. Gates has publicly discussed how vaccination can decrease birthdate, due entirely to parents not feeling like they have to “volume reproduce” to ensure survival/success of at least a few of their offspring.

It’s a big gamble, because what will likely happen, is 3rd world populations will explode even more and backfire on his idea. If he really wants to depopulate, disincentivization in developed nations with needy underclasses, and decreasing foreign aid is the only true way to achieve this goal, as dependence greatly decreases ambition and ingenuity. But in his mind, the plan he has set out seems the more humane way to do it. I disagree and think it will backfire and will not yield a birth rate at replacement level. It will just mean that the same populations who used to have 7 children where 3-4 survived, will have 7 children where 7 survive. WHich is not his goal.
