What are the most toxic work environments?

Having worked in Social Service for the past 3-4 years, this is by far the most toxic shit I've dealt with. 95% of the force is women who are power hungry.

I did real estate at 17 and they're a bunch of scum bags, two faced and back stabbers.

Retail
People up with people's complaints while having the stigma of a shitty job

The worst is an environment where they have a relaxed return policy.

my grandpa worked real estate for long time, and he said women in that business are some of the most back stabbing people youll ever meet.

it's because theyre very good at putting on the fake smile and convo, but behind your back will shit on you for the sale. Men tend to tell it like it is and not go the snake route.

Honestly, the male gigolo field is NOT as glamorous as it's cracked up to be.

Lol, don't even ask me how I know that.

Seriously, like... dont even bother asking me.

I mean I could tell you, but you honestly dont even want to know.

....Someone please ask me how I know.

Warehouse workers... did it back when I was student trying to play college bills, jesus christ the peoples are so low over there.

I will base this on experience because I did used to be a warehouse worker way back in the day. I did climb my way up (would never let a non-greek get that close to the top though :lol ) and I had to manage a bunch of the low-level guys. I had a guy who would come in on Saturdays and this one Saturday, wanted a smoke break every 15 mins. The worst part was that he was one of my closer friends there and I had to send him home because he was being disruptive while we had a lot of work to do. I tried to settle it in-house among the crew that day and the kid apologized after he went out for his smokebreak after sending him home. I had no intention of getting him fired over it, he was having a bad day. Of course my crew did not snitch on me to the higher ups, (management upstairs wanted to know every little thing that happened even though they had no clue who anyone was) but one of the guys did tell someone else that worked on weekdays, just another warehouse worker. And that dude literally an hour later went to my supervisor and snitched that I don't have control of my guys :oldlol: I got a reaming and while I didn't let go because of that, I feel like he snitched 1 more time on me which was the nail in my coffin.

I just wanted to go to work and get the job done and avoid the dramatics. It was a lot of stress for a job that didn't even pay well. Good riddance, I don't ever wanna manage guys like that, I liked my team but they had big mouths. And while most weren't even that uneducated (pretty sure a lot of them were college grads looking for work lol), management was a major pain to deal with.
