RIP.
Doesn't matter what genre of music you like. If his music doesn't move you at least a little, you might be dead inside, check your pulse

Just heard it. Sucks. He didn't do anything in recent years, but he'll be missed.
He created rock n roll.

At least Jerry Lee Lewis is still alive.
RIP Little Richard. Without him there would be no James Brown or Prince.

Marc "Johnny B Badd" Mero made his pro wrestling career impersonating Little Richard.

This is of course hyperbole in the sense that no one person created rock n roll. There were myriad influential contributors.
But if you had to single out someone as the MOST influential pioneer on the genre.
Definitely "Little" Richard Penniman.

Speaking of rocknroll pioneers. @1:18 The guy in the middle sitting at the table in the Long Tall Sally video I posted above looks a lot like Bill Haley.

:lebronamazed:
After all these years... aint nothin changed baby  :pimp:
Incidentally:
You are a freakishly creepy person for cataloguing every detail about everyone here and committing all their past posts to memory. I know you're Stempel et al, the psycho with numerous different accounts, some of which you use to agree with and yuk it up with people, then switch to other accounts and let all your dark rage out.
You're a genuine freakshow my man.
But still, that thread reference was a fun little trip down memory lane.
Cheers

I looked up Little Richard back in April 2019 after his name randomly popped in my head for the first time in 20 years. I was shocked to see that he was pushing 90, because in my memory he was a much younger man.
I have never heard a song of his, will click the link in the OP. But remember Marc Mero, and that Little Kid from Family Matters kind of imitating him.
