Name the best food (specific sandwiches, specific dishes, anything) that are incredibly quick and easy to make at home.

Other than... pouring a bowl of cereal.

(Unless you have a great suggestion to make cereal even better, of course.)

If I have some lunch meat on hand, anytime of the day a quick ham/cheese omelette and toast is a solid choice

all kidding aside, sous vide makes cooking proteins easy peezy. it's almost fool proof. cook a ribeye @ 133 for an hour or 2, then pan sear it on each side for a minute to get a crust. BOOM! DONE.

it's so easy. you package the protein, use you phone app to manage and monitor the cooking, walk away and come back couple hours later to a perfectly cooked protein.

Co-sign scuzzy on the ham 'n' cheese omelette

1) Break 6 eggs into a bowl

2) Whisk the eggs with an eggbeater, until consistent texture

3) Olive oil + slice of butter on pan

4) Pour whisked eggs onto pan

5) Add ham slices and grated cheese

6) Flip omelette when stable enough

7) Cook until golden brown crispy on the outside

Spaghetti Carbonara - don't use cream as it's not part of the original recipe. Great if you don't like dairy.

I read scuzzy's post and just made a ham and cheese sandwich - toasted of course.

Maybe not something I'd want to eat everyday but my gf brought home a big bag of shishito peppers the other day. She made them for us while we were waiting for dinner. She just tossed them in a wok for a couple of minutes with oil. Sprinkled some kosher salt and squeezed lime over them when they were done. Took less than 10 minutes total, and they were freakin delicious.

A video of a woman cooking them in a similar fashion

There are probably going to be some great ideas here but I mean grill some chopped steak or chicken a few minutes with onions, throw it in a tortilla with 2 slices of avocado, with a squeeze of lime and hot sauce. Tacos are pure heaven and crazy easy to make. Don't forget the avocado!

Steak sashimi. Cut up a grass fed steak into thin slices and start munching. It’s superfood and will heal you.

simple pasta dish. It can be just a garlic oil sauce even. I think the only crucial ingredient to have on hand is parmigiano or pecorino since you want it for 90% of pasta dishes.

I don’t really know what you mean by scam? It’s pretty easy to try it and find out for yourself. Lol.

i'm no expert on health benefits but raw is the best way to eat certain fish.

Hard to beat a good burger, especially if you grind the meat yourself. And keeping with what others have said throw a fried egg on it.
