He wasn’t nearly as fast or agile as those players but I think he was better at positioning himself and being a long player he created problems. His averages are nothing crazy but he had a knack of getting up for games and going toe to toe with the greats.

Athleticism isnt everything.

Pierce was like the wing version of Zach Randolph.

Randolph dropped 22-12 on kids in the slow pace era without ever leaving his feet.

Diff players have diff ways of doin what they do.

Paul Pierce was like Batman in a league full of super-powered heroes. He wasn’t the fastest, biggest, most athletic, etc, he sure as hell was one of the craftiest to ever played.

He had great skill called "KG behind your ass".
Before he learned this skill he didn't really have any success.
