Kobe was barely even the alpha in the 2010 finals, he had a GmSc of 18.7 to Pau Gasol's 18.6. So Kobe was basically alpha for 1 and a half finals vs Jordan who was alpha for 6 finals? I don't see the comparison here. The answer is still Kobe because he faced the worst player to ever lead his team to the finals (dwight) and an aging out of prime Kevin Garnett in 2010.

Kobe went back to back and beat the team that dusted LeBron’s butt twice. One of the teams made LeBron fake an injury and quit and leave his team to play with wade and Bosh because he couldn’t cut it on his own.

Now that I think about it, Kobe's finals comp was awful outside of the 08 Celtics

The 99-04 Eastern conference was the weakest ever.

The Lakers were crippled with injuries

The Blazers didn't have one top 50 all time player on their roster

The Suns struggled in every series en route to the finals and I think KJ was injured

The Sonics were decent I guess but not amazing

And the Jazz had no scoring threats outside of Malone and ranked in the bottom half of the league defensively + they were old af

I would give the edge to Kobe purely because the 08 Celtics shit on every team Jordan played in the finals
