How much would it cost me to start a website, similar to this, with front pages where I can post written articles and a forum section?

Don't worry it's not a basketball website

depends on how much traffic you are expecting. you can get a cheap host for like $10/month.

are you designing it yourself?

I charge 50 an hour for labor, you’ll be responsible for all costs and expenses related to the site itself.

PM me.

Yes, i want something relatively user-friendly. I am not a coder or programmer, neither am I wealthy. I do know my way around a computer though. I want to try wordpress, since it's all the rage.

As far as traffic, I have no idea... i'm starting it as a creative outlet to write classic/foreign movie spotlights/articles; but I want to add forums and have a decent amount of traffic eventually

Bluehost seems to be owned by some kind of conglomerate that web designers don't like

After some research seems like A2 hosting is a great webhost... is a dedicated IP worth it? It costs more

I already bought the domain name not bad, 25 bones a year. Got a web host that comes with a website builder, 16.99 a month. And that's it.... not too bad at all
